Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior Engineering Lead to direct technical design for Palantir Foundry applications and platform capabilities in Austin, TX. You will establish engineering standards, patterns, and deployment practices, while guiding cross-team collaboration and mentorship for engineers.

The role emphasizes architecture, data integration, and hands-on leadership, with a focus on reliable, secure, and scalable Foundry-based solutions across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering leadership
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions
• Proven ability to direct technical design for complex systems
• Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred
• Agentic development experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, testing expectations, and deployment practices.
• Guide Foundry platform enablement across project teams.
• Review designs and code to identify risks and ensure long-term support.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and team development.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align with product priorities.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues and improvements.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
