Job summary

CLA is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead Palantir Foundry initiatives, shaping architecture and platform capabilities for enterprise-scale solutions. You will drive design decisions, promote engineering standards, and mentor teams across projects.

You will guide data modeling, integrations, and workflow implementations while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability. Travel is <10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience and training may be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 8+ preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications, workflows, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications and platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry capabilities use across project teams for consistency.
• Review complex designs and code to mitigate risks and ensure long-term support.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and promote best practices.
• Plan cross-project work, align with product owners and managers.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues and optimize monitoring.
