CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive Palantir Foundry initiatives and scalable platform solutions in a dynamic professional services environment. You will guide architecture, ensure secure, reliable delivery, and mentor engineers across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required; 8+ preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise apps, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; combinations of experience and training may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across projects.
• Guide Foundry Platform enablement and deployment patterns.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Provide mentorship and grow the engineering team’s capabilities.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align with product priorities.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to business and tech stakeholders.
