Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior technologist to lead Palantir Foundry design, data integrations, and platform enablement for enterprise projects in Houston. You will shape architecture, establish engineering standards, and mentor teams across multiple projects to deliver robust Foundry-based solutions.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, production support, and clear communication of risks and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing standards, and documentation.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and deployment patterns across teams.
• Review complex designs and code, identify risks, and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and support consistent engineering practices across projects.
• Plan dependencies and cross-team impacts with product owners and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
