Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry applications, define architecture, and set engineering standards across projects in the San Antonio area. You will mentor engineers, guide complex deployments, and partner with product owners to align delivery with business goals.

You will collaborate on platform enablement, data integration, and security considerations, shaping scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant enterprise software experience; 8+ preferred.
• Experience directing complex application engineering efforts.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and improve engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry is preferred.
• Agentic development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and lead design for Palantir Foundry applications and integrations.
• Set engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across teams.
• Guide platform enablement and ensure security, reliability, and performance.
• Review designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and foster cross-project collaboration.
• Communicate options and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
