The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help both retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order support, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive sales, handle payments through multiple channels, and assist with loading and delivering orders using the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; background checks may apply.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely.
• Flexible hours including weekends; able to work store hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
