Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join the US Commercial team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help retail and contractor customers by recommending products, performing color matching, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work typical store hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm). The role requires a valid driver\'s license, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and comfortable using a computer for order

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required with background checks.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to use a computer for order processing and customer support.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
