Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join the US Commercial team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills for professional interactions with customers.
• Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and escape issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
