The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers, perform color matching, process orders, and help drive store sales while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 7am–5pm, with weekends off. Benefits include health and retirement plans and paid time off.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; must pass background check and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely; standing and manual handling required.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
