The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to help deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Associate helps drive sales while keeping the store clean, organized, and customer-focused. The starting pay rate for this role is $17/hour, with scheduled hours listed below.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; must pass background items and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers professionally.
• Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support.
• Ability to work scheduled hours with flexibility based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely; standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
• Ability to operate a hand truck or material handling equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
