Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order support.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain a clean, organized store and help drive sales during standard hours. Starting pay is $17/hour, with duties including load/deliveries and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to use a computer/keyboard for order processing and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and recommending products.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and orders.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specs.
• Maintain knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments via phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver orders via company vehicle.
• Safely handle and stock products and maintain a clean store environment.
