Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Lakewood store is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions.

This full-time role emphasizes delivering excellent service, resolving concerns, maintaining product quality and store displays, and helping the team achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Assist in deliveries when required.
Maintain inventory control procedures.
