Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to retrieve items and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of meets expectations or HR Cloud courses completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock records.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix to specs.
• Stock displays and keep store equipment clean.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
