Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products. You will process sales, tint and mix products, stock displays, and help with deliveries while maintaining high store standards.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Spanish language skills are a plus and evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, with Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Support deliveries and maintain in-stock, presentable areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options and suggest improvements to sales.
