Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products. You will process transactions, help meet sales goals, and keep shelves stocked and displays up-to-date.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a valid driver’s license. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Support sales goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
• Maintain stock, displays, and inventory control procedures.
• Assist in deliveries when needed and load/unload delivery trucks.
