Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, identify needs, and recommend paint and related products. You will help drive sales, maintain product displays, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, legal work status in the U.S., and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in paint retail or tinting is a plus. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and sales support in-store.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Help achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
