Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Erie, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help customers find the right paints and supplies and to process transactions with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
