Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet expectations and complete HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and stock shelves.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and unload/load trucks as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas and comply with inventory procedures.
