Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers and help identify the right products and solutions. You will resolve customer concerns and stay current on product features while upholding store visual standards and driving sales.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in-person and via phone, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
