The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Florida. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions.

You will resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction and support store sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products as needed, and maintaining product displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and 70 lb occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately in line with store policies.
• Maintain in-stock displays and stock areas, assist with deliveries and merchandising.
