Sherwin-Williams in Falmouth, MA is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers find the right paint solutions. You will provide product knowledge, resolve questions, and contribute to store sales goals.

You will interact with customers in person and over the phone, stock shelves, tint and mix products when required, and maintain the store's presentation and accuracy. This role requires a friendly demeanor and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
