Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers at Store #725213, 317 US rt 1, York, ME 03909. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products as needed, and assisting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas; stock shelves and set up displays.
