Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA. In this in-store role, you will assist customers, recommend paints and supplies, and help maintain high store standards.

You will handle sales transactions, quote product options, and support deliveries as needed. Previous retail or paint-supply experience a plus; Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
