The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, meeting monthly and yearly sales goals, and staying current on product features. Multilingual ability and prior paint-related experience are a plus in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Driver's license (preferred).
• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Experience selling paint and related products (preferred).
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas.
