Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products to meet project goals.

You will process sales, maintain displays, stock shelves, and support delivery tasks while upholding high standards of service and ensuring safety and compliance. Prior customer service or retail experience, bilingual with Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries as needed.
