Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician for our Ramblewood Apartments community. The role includes drywall repairs, interior painting for turns and common areas, and surface preparation. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall repairs and interior painting for apartment turns and common areas.
• Proficient in preparing surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and assist with general maintenance tasks.

• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas.

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
• This position does require on-call rotation.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
• Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
