Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit community. The role involves drywall repairs, interior painting for apartment turns and common areas, and surface preparation for finishing.

Work includes on-call rotation and supporting general maintenance tasks. A valid vehicle is required to access multiple properties. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform drywall repairs (patching, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing).
• Experience in interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing.
• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs.
• Support on-call rotation as part of duties.
