Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our Ramblewood Apartments team in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes drywall repairs, interior painting for apartment turns, surface preparation, and occasional on-call maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various weather and spaces. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding and texturing.
• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team.
