Peak Management LLC, the owner of Ramblewood Apartments, is seeking a ROCKSTAR Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 1,200+ unit property in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, on-call rotation, and delivering exceptional service to residents daily.

We value reliable, proactive technicians with HVAC knowledge and a problem-solving mindset, ready to keep equipment and facilities well-maintained and safe for all residents and staff.

• Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers.

• This position does require on-call rotation
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation

• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
