Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,200+ unit property in Michigan. The role involves hands-on maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and facility upkeep, with an on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service for residents, handle repairs, and contribute to a well-maintained community. A reliable commute and experience with drywall/painting are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with technical systems and building equipment.
• HVAC understanding and general property maintenance knowledge.
• Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional maintenance service to residents and customers.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the team.
