Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 1,200+ unit Ramblewood Apartments. The role requires maintenance experience with HVAC, electronics, and equipment upkeep, with on-call rotation.

Drywall and painting experience are preferred to maintain all property systems and finishes. The ideal candidate provides exceptional service to all residents and ensures safety and quality in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance services across a 1,200+ unit property to ensure resident satisfaction.

• Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers.
• Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• This position does require on-call rotation
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
