Job summary

Peak Management is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician for the Ramblewood Apartments (1,200+ units). You will perform drywall repairs, patching, taping, mudding, sanding and texturing, and handle interior painting for turns, touches, and common areas.

The role includes an on-call rotation and requires reliable transportation. Peak offers a robust benefits package, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and competitive compensation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
