Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our Ramblewood Apartments team. You will perform drywall repairs, interior painting for turns, and surface preparation on a 1,200+ unit community.

On-call rotation is required. Must have reliable transportation. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs
• This position does require on-call rotation
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team
• Must have reliable transportation
