Job summary

Peak Management LLC is seeking a Paint & Drywall Maintenance Technician to join our Ramblewood Apartments team in Hudsonville, Michigan. You will perform drywall repairs, patching, texturing, and interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas, and you will prepare surfaces for painting.

• Perform drywall repairs, including patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing.
• Complete interior painting for apartment turns, touch-ups, and common areas.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including drywall finishing and wall repairs.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed to support the property and team.
