Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery associate who works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products. You will deliver orders from Sherwin-Williams stores in company vans or pickup trucks, ensuring safety and timeliness.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, processing sales transactions, tinting and mixing products, loading and unloading, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legal work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely.
• Maintain and inspect store vehicle and report repairs.
