The position involves frequent customer interaction, potential minor contact, and adherence to routes, schedules, and laws. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least 'meets expectations' in latest appraisal.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Maintain accurate work order files and delivery records.
• Load and unload items from vehicles and ensure vehicle maintenance.
