Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is hiring a Delivery Driver to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products. You will safely deliver goods from store locations using company vans or pickups and support in-store service.

The role involves driving routes, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing as needed, and maintaining vehicle readiness while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries and superb customer care. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver items as needed.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance and HR eLearning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and answer customer questions.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Follow and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Retrieve products from sales floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint, mix, and prepare products per customer specs.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and on time.
• Assist with loading/unloading from vehicles and maintain vehicle.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; ensure safety and compliance.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, and forklifts.
