Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and deliver orders safely using company vans or trucks.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products, and maintaining delivery records. Training may cover safety, routes, and vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 3 rating on the most recent performance review and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales to meet goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Deliver products to customers safely and on time using company vans or trucks.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed to customer specs.
• Load, transport, and unload items; maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents; operate vehicles and equipment as required.
