Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: meets expectations rating and HR Cloud eLearning completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and promptly.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repairs or servicing needs.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; comply with traffic laws while driving.
