Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a delivery associate to service wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products.

You will deliver paints and related items from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks, ensuring safe and timely transportation. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to routes and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and offering suitable products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory from store and warehouse.
• Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
• Load and unload items from vehicles and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
