Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a delivery driver to work with wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions. You will deliver products from Sherwin‑Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks and ensure timely, safe transportation.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking and tinting products, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least meets expectations (3) required if internal.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position if internal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and timely.
• Assist with loading/unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repairs as needed.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; comply with laws and safety rules.
• Prepare reports and documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
