Qualifications

Must be able to retrieve material and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
One year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience selling paint or paint-related products preferred.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
Bilingual abilities including Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work orders and product formulas.
Pull products from the floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain store cleanliness.
