Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to serve wholesale and retail customers within a 10‑mile radius of Store #701144, at 2737 Elm Rd., Warren, OH 44483. The role is full-time with a starting pay of $16.83 per hour.

You will resolve customer concerns, promote product solutions, and maintain store presentation and standards while supporting sales goals and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal work authorization in the country of employment.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, identifying needs and offering suitable products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Maintain stock, pull products from floor/warehouse, and assist deliveries as needed.
• Learn and discuss product options to customers and stay knowledgeable on products.
