The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to support customers at stores within a 5 mile radius of Store #701368, 883 King Ave., Columbus, OH 43212. You will assist customers, determine needs, and recommend the right products and services.

This full-time role emphasizes exceptional service and sales results, with duties including processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and helping with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed for customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading, as required.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
