Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs, answering product questions, and recommending the right solutions while upholding high store standards and driving sales.

This full-time role operates across multiple Troy, Sidney and Piqua locations in Ohio, involves tinting and mixing, handling transactions, stocking shelves, and delivering strong customer service while complying with safety and employment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion and retrieve items from shelves.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products.
Maintain inventory and set up displays to standards.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
Stock shelves and keep areas clean and presentable.
Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
Follow inventory control procedures and seek sales improvements.
