Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at stores within a 5 mile radius of Park Mill Run Road in Hilliard, OH. This full-time role focuses on resolving customer questions, recommending products, and maintaining store standards.

salario: $17.50/hour. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse; tint and mix per specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas; stay knowledgeable on products.
