Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #5312 in Marlborough, MA. You will help customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin‑Williams products while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking, tinting, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires standing, lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Multilingual ability (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin‑Williams, must have at least a 3 rating on most recent appraisal.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and offering appropriate products.
• Build trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Work to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and prepare orders.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist with deliveries and load/unload trucks.
• Ensure in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options.
