Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #5312. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products, and ensure high levels of sales service while meeting store goals.

Responsibilities include stocking, tinting, processing transactions, and supporting deliveries. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be able to lift up to 70 lbs, and work evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory procedures.
