Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and display/product organization.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload deliveries.
