Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal applicants may need to meet performance criteria and HR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Process sales and maintain accurate work orders and displays.
• Stock shelves, prepare displays, and load/unload deliveries as needed.
• Meet and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store standards.
